چکیده
In this paper we analyze the evolution of the modern educational delivery system. The main emerging educational paradigms are identified. These paradigms are considered as main features of a new educational delivery model. This model is treated as an e-business model as a justification for its development and implementation using the underlying technologies. The main idea of the complemented and compound elearning is to create a “culture of Internet education” at school, college and enterprise levels, providing continuous access to the on-line education.
